Responsible for global steering of employee benefits propositions across Allianz Group units. Led global account and tender management, network management, product development, and digital development teams at Allianz Global Benefits, which provides employee benefits solutions to multinational corporations.

Allianz Global Life — Project Manager October 2012 – March 2013. Munich, Germany. Led the international team that developed the strategy and business case for Allianz Global Benefits. The investment case was approved by the Board of Management of Allianz SE and led to the founding of Allianz Global Benefits.

Nemian Life & Pensions S.A. (Allianz Group) — Chief Executive Officer January 2009 – December 2012. Luxembourg. Led the strategic restart of the company, transforming it from runoff into profit. Developed bundled solutions for internationally mobile employees combining pension, income protection, and healthcare on a fully integrated web-based STP platform. Connected the business with four Allianz global divisions.

Nemian Life & Pensions S.A. (Allianz Group) — Managing Director July 2006 – December 2008. Luxembourg. Managed all activities and P&L. Led system conversion to web services, integrated workflow management, and CRM implementation.

Nemian Life & Pensions S.A. (Allianz Group) — Deputy General Manager December 2002 – June 2006. Luxembourg. Managed product, actuarial matters, distribution, litigation, and compliance functions.

Nemian Life & Pensions S.A. (Allianz Group) — Marketing and Product Manager January 2001 – November 2003. Luxembourg. Managed marketing and product development for cross-border insurance products in Belgium, France, Germany, and the United Kingdom. Nemian was acquired by the Allianz Group in 2001.

The Hartford — Marketing Development Manager and Administration Supervisor August 1997 – December 2000. Luxembourg. First employee of Nemian Life & Pensions, founded by The Hartford in Luxembourg. Established the operational framework, issued the company's first life insurance contracts, and sold the company's first insurance policy.
